Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any dresses.

At Nomad’s Veil, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details on our shipping process, delivery times, and related FAQs.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping within Canada (Domestic)
We ship from Toronto, Ontario, and offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Customs, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Local Pickup / Delivery (Toronto)
We currently do not offer local pickup or same-day delivery — but stay tuned! We're working on expanding this option in the future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment’s progress online.
Delays or Issues
While we aim to ship quickly, please note that courier delays may happen during peak seasons, sales, or due to weather disruptions. If your package seems delayed or missing, reach out to us at nomadsveilinc@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
