Will my dress look exactly like the photo?
Each item is photographed in natural lighting to reflect true colors, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of the garment.
Cancellations & Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of traditional and handmade clothing, we currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review sizing and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at contact@nomadsveil.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
No.
Sizing & Care
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes S to L, with measurements listed in each product description. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed sizing help.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend using a measuring tape and comparing your measurements to our Size Guide. If you’re between sizes or need help, feel free to email us at nomadsveilinc@gmail.com.
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
At the moment, we do not offer custom sizes, but many of our pieces are designed with adjustable fits (e.g., tie-backs or elastic waistbands). Check product descriptions for fit notes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location. Customs or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
How do I care for my traditional garment?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid wringing, machine washing, or using bleach. For embroidered pieces, turn inside out when washing.

Are your dresses handmade?
Yes! All of our traditional pieces are handcrafted by artisans, which means each item may have slight variations—making your piece truly one of a kind.
